LUSCAN LIBRARY SIGNAGE
The Luscan
Library acquired new signage in the Summer of 2010. This project was funded by LUSCAN in the amount of Php25,000 or USD 555.00. At the Toronto
LUSCAN reunion, the signage project was approved by the general
membership.

LORETO CENTRAL ELEM. SCHOOL (LCES) PLAYGROUND UPGRADE
The construction
of children's playground equipment for the Loreto Central Elementary
School's playground improvement, donated by LUSCAN, was completed
and inaugurated on March 11, 2010 during its 75th LCES Elementary
Day Celebration . This project was started in
September 2009. Mr. Abraham Quijano, a LUSCAN member, and
Vice_Mayor Dario Perlismino graced the opening and dedication
ceremony. Click
